(a) No permit provided for in this chapter shall be issued until a bond of not less than five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each mile, or fraction thereof, that the building is to be moved has been given to the Village, which bond shall provide that any damage done to the streets, roads or highways shall be repaired and said streets, roads and highways restored to their former condition.
(b) The amount of such bond shall be fixed by the Building Inspector having due regard for the size and weight of the building to be moved and the length of the move.
