(a) If moving a building requires the building to pass over, upon or across a public street or highway, the fee for a permit shall be as follows:
(1) One or one and one-half story dwelling or smaller structure | $10.00 |
(2) Two-story structure | 15.00 |
(3) Larger buildings | 20.00 |
(b) When it is not necessary to use any part of the public street, alley or highway, the fee shall be one dollar ($1.00).
(c) When it is not necessary to use any part of the public street, alley or highway and the building to be moved is a garage for not more than two cars, chicken house or similar small building, no fee shall be charged.
