1149.01 INTENT.

The Board of Zoning Appeals shall hear any questions or disputes involving the interpretation of provisions of this Code and grant variances from the strict letter of said Code in instances of unnecessary hardship; but shall not alter provisions of the Zoning Code or change the district boundaries of the Zoning Map, which are the function of the Council.
