A Conditional Use Permit shall become null and void if construction of the proposed project has not begun within six (6) months after approval by the Commission. The Commission may revoke a Conditional Use Permit on the recommendation of the Building Inspector upon determining that the use does not comply with the terms and conditions of such permit.
