The Commission shall make a determination based on the information available or it may request additional information. If the application for the conditional use is approved the Commission shall set forth any specific terms, conditions and safeguards that shall be required so that the proposed use will conform with the intent and standards of the district. The Commission shall then instruct the Building Inspector to issue a Conditional Use Permit. The Council shall be notified of such action.
