(a) The application for building permits and the accompanying drawings shall be submitted to the Building Inspector. After processing same he shall submit them to the Commission for approval.
(b) Approval. If the Building Inspector determines that the application and all documents comply with this and other applicable Municipal Codes, he shall issue a building permit and a certificate of zoning compliance, provided that prior approval of the Commission shall have been obtained for those applications requiring their approval.
(c) Disapproval. If the Commission or the Building Inspector finds upon reviewing an application that it does not conform to this Code the Commission and/or Building Inspector shall suggest changes as may be necessary to accomplish the purpose of this Code.
