In addition to drawings required by the Building Code or other applicable Municipal Codes, applications for a building permit shall be accompanied by:
(a) A plat showing dimensions of the lot to be developed, lot number, information as to existing and proposed topography, any unusual natural features and evidence that the lot has been surveyed and properly located; and
(b) A site plan drawn to scale showing the location of proposed and existing buildings, driveways and parking areas, and proposed finished grades, location and use of buildings on adjoining lots within ten (10) feet of all property lines. For residential developments the location and size of a garage shall be shown on the drawings even though the construction of a garage is not included in the application.
