1133.02 GENERAL PROCEDURES.

The administration of this Code is vested in the Building Inspector and the Planning Commission.

(a) Compliance with the provisions of this Code shall be obtained by:

(1) Application for and issuance of a building permit and a zoning certificate.

(2) Periodic inspections.

(3) Issuance of a certificate of occupancy upon completion.

(b) If there are violations of the provisions of this Code, enforcement shall be obtained by:

(1) Notification ordering discontinuance and correction of violations.

(2) Continued violations treated as a misdemeanor.
