1129.08  INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT SIGNS.
   Signs in industrial districts shall be accessory to a building or use permitted and shall conform with the regulations set forth in this section.
   (a)   Contents of Sign.  The following types of signs shall be permitted:
      (1)   Real Estate and Development signs, as regulated in this section.
      (2)   Directional signs.
      (3)   Industrial signs.
   (b)   Design of Signs.  The following types of signs shall be permitted:
      (1)   Flat and Wall signs, Projecting signs and Pole signs, as regulated in this section.
      (2)   Ground signs.
      (3)   Temporary signs.
   (c)   Area of Signs.  The total area of the visible surfaces of the industrial signs for each establishment shall not exceed l/2 square foot for each lineal foot of the building frontage.
   (d)   Location of Signs.  Flat or wall signs, projecting signs and pole signs in industrial districts shall be located in accord with regulations for business district signs. Ground signs shall be located in accord with the side yard regulations and maintain the same setback as for buildings; except one ground sign not exceeding 50 square feet in area may be permitted for each establishment at not less than 25 feet from the street line.
