Loading and/or unloading facilities shall be provided for all business, service. commercial and industrial buildings hereafter erected or altered for such uses. The facilities shall be maintained as long as such building is occupied, shall continue unobstructed in operation and not be used for repair or servicing of motor vehicles. Space required and allocated for off-street parking shall not be allocated or used to satisfy the space requirements for off-street loading.
