1121.04 AREA AND LAND COVERAGE REGULATIONS.

No minimum lot area or lot width is required in Light and Heavy Industrial Districts. Buildings, including accessory buildings, shall not cover more than 50 percent of any lot in a Light Industrial District and 75 percent of any lot in a Heavy Industrial District.
