Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Code, the land area occupied by main and accessory buildings in business districts shall not exceed 25 percent of the total area of the parcel being developed. In GB Districts, such percentage of building coverage may be increased if the Planning Commission finds that the required number of off-street parking spaces can be provided on an adjacent parcel within a walking distance of 200 feet from the main building and all other applicable provisions of this Code are met.
