(a) Front Yards. The front yard setback for institutional buildings shall be not less than 35 feet for any main or accessory building or use unless shown otherwise on the Zone Map.
(b) Side and Rear Yards. Side and rear yards for main and accessory buildings and structures where adjacent to lots in residential districts shall be not less than 50 feet except that side and rear yards for parking areas where adjacent to residence districts shall be not less than 20 feet.
