1113.18 YARDS FOR IRREGULAR SHAPED LOTS.

The aforesaid yard regulations may be modified as determined by the Board of Zoning Appeals in accordance with the provisions of this Code, in instances where the regulations cannot be complied with as a result of the irregular shape of lot or for topographical reasons.
