The depth of the front yard of a corner lot shall be not less than the required setback from front lot line as defined in this Code. The width of the side yard on the side street shall be not less than 20 percent of the width of lot at the building line but not less than one-half of the depth of the front yard required for the adjoining lot which abuts said side street unless shown otherwise on the Zone Map. The interior side yard of a corner lot, shall be not less than the minimum width required for a side yard of any interior lot for the district.
