(a)   Rear yard depth shall be 30 percent of the yard depth or established setback.
(b)   Yard dimensions shall be determined by applicable formula included in this Code
(c)   Coverage shall be exclusive of parking garages and/or structures but in no event shall such parking garages and/or structures and this apartment building cover more than 40 percent of the lot area.
(d)   The following minimum dimensions according to the number of stories of the high-rise structure shall apply:
   4 - 5 stories:     50 feet
   6 - 7 stories:     55 feet
   8 - 9 stories:     60 feet
   10 - 11 stories:  70 feet
   12 stories:     80 feet
