(a) “Area of Buildings” means the area at the ground level of the main building and all accessory buildings (excluding porches, terraces and steps) measured from the outside surface of exterior walls.
(b) “Area of Lot” means the total horizontal area within the boundary lines of a lot.
(c) “Floor Area” the area of the ground floor area (excluding porches, terraces, and steps), plus the area of each floor above the ground.
