A permit holder will haul all materials picked up in a covered, leakproof truck and will dispose of all materials picked up in such manner as provided by the Village and shall further abide by all regulations of the State, County or Health District and shall abide by any agreements the Village may enter into pertaining to land fills or other matters covered by this chapter.
