(a) For violation of this chapter or any State, city or county regulation pertaining to collecting and disposing of sewage, ashes, animal and vegetable refuse, garbage, dead animals, animal offal and trash or other just cause, any permit issued under this chapter may be revoked.
(b) No permit shall be revoked under this chapter except by majority action of Council which shall be after the permit holder has missed two consecutive regular pick-ups and has been notified of said alleged reasons for such action; and said permit holder shall be given the opportunity to resist such actions of revocation of his permit at the next regular Council meeting of the Village of New Washington, Ohio.
