925.10  WASTEWATER CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT FEE.
   A monthly fee set forth by Council will be charged on the utility bill from Northern Ohio Rural Water for capital improvements to the sanitary sewer system for each lot or parcel of land having an active sanitary sewer connection. (A.O.)
