925.09 PROPERTIES SERVED BY INDIVIDUAL GRINDER PUMPS.

(a) Land owners shall supply electrical power to grinder pump for pumps located on the land owner's property or for grinder pumps located on the road right-of-way immediately adjacent to the land owners's property which serves the property.

(b) The Village shall be responsible for all maintenance, repairs and replacement of all grinder pumps.
