909.03 TERMS OF OFFICE.

The term of the five persons to be appointed by the Mayor shall be for three years. The initial appointment to the new commission shall be two members who will be appointed to three year terms; two members to two year terms and one member to a one year term. In the event a vacancy shall occur during the term of any member, his successor shall be appointed by the Mayor for the unexpired portion of the term.
