909.02 CREATION AND ESTABLISHMENT OF A TREE COMMISSION.

There is hereby created a Tree Commission for the Village of New Washington which shall consist of five members, citizens and residents of the Village who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. The Commission shall have the right to call in consultants as they see fit. The Mayor and/or his representative shall be an ad hoc member.
