905.02  NOXIOUS WEEDS DEFINED.
   Noxious weeds, grasses and rank vegetation shall include but not be limited to:
   (a)   Any weeds such as jimson, burdock, ragweed, thistle, cocklebur, or other weeds of like kind;
   (b)   Bushes of the species of tall, common, or European barberry, further known as berberis vulgaris or its horticultural varieties;
   (c)   Any weeds, grass or plants, other than trees, bushes, flowers or other ornamental plants growing to a height exceeding twelve inches.
