(a) The owner of any lot or land within this Village shall keep the property free and clear from all noxious weeds, grasses and rank vegetation. For those lots and lands which are improved with any structure, the noxious weeds, grasses and rank vegetation shall be cut so they never become higher than six inches from the ground.
(b) The owners of farm land located within the Village which is in cultivation shall employ approved farming practices which eliminate noxious weeds, grasses and rank vegetation. However, if noxious weeds, grasses and rank vegetation occur, it shall be cut at least three times annually, once on or before June 1, once on or before July 15, and once on or before September 1, of each year.
(c) Farm land lying fallow and farm border strips shall be cut at least three times annually, once on or before June 1, once on or before July 15, and once on or before September 1, of each year. (Ord. 734. Passed 5-12-97.)
