901.02 DEPOSIT.

Before a curbing is cut or a driveway is started, a deposit of ten dollars ($10.00) shall be made with the Clerk-Treasurer, which shall be returned when the Street Committee of Council has examined said driveway and found the same to be in accordance with the plans and specifications adopted by Council.
