(a) A full time employee after completing one full year of service with the Village shall be entitled to one full working week of vacation with pay. After completing three full years of service with the Village, the full time employee shall be entitled to two full working weeks of vacation with pay and after completing fifteen full years of service with the Village shall be entitled to three full working weeks of vacation with pay.
(b) A full time employee must use all their vacation pay for any given year in the year it is due or within three months into any succeeding year or the vacation pay for that year will be forfeited, and there will be no compensation for unused vacation pay to any employee.
