709.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE.

(a) Each person holding a garage sale under this chapter shall secure a license therefor from the City Manager, which license shall cost five dollars ($5.00). The license fee is non- refundable.

(b) Council may waive the garage sale permit fee once a year for a Community Wide Garage Sale. (Ord. 2012-20. Passed 7-2-12.)
