701.02 LICENSE APPLICATION AND FEE.
   (a)   The City Manager is authorized and empowered to allow, sign and issue licenses for the purposes stated in Section 701.01
   (b)   All licenses issued under the provisions of this chapter shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they are issued, and the City Manager, for good cause, may revoke any license.
