557.03 PLANTING CERTAIN TREES PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall plant or set out any tree of the varieties commonly known as poplar, cottonwood or aspen, or other water-seeking trees, within 100 feet of any sewer line.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
