541.10 POSTING SIGNS ON UTILITY POLES.
   (a)   The placing of signs, fliers, advertisements, etc., on any City utility pole shall be strictly prohibited.
   (b)   Any person or organization placing signs, fliers, advertisements etc., on any City utility pole shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
