521.11 SMOKING PROHIBITED IN MUNICIPAL BUILDING.

(a) The City of Newton Falls Municipal Building will be a smoke free building. Smoking will be prohibited at all times in the Municipal Building located at 19 North Canal Street.

(b) Any person who violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each day is considered a separate and distinct offense and shall be punishable as such.
