373.17 LICENSE AND TAG FEE AND RENEWAL.

Bicycle licenses and tags shall be issued for the period of time one person owns the subject bicycle, and shall cost one dollars ($1.00) as a one-time registration fee. Upon a change of ownership, a new license shall be purchased and the old license tag be removed and destroyed.
