373.13 BICYCLE LICENSE AND PLATE APPLICATION.
   Application for a bicycle license and license plate shall be made upon a form provided by the City and shall be made to the City Manager or at such location as designated by the Manager. (Ord. 2239. Passed 1-2-63.)
