Council must provide sufficient accommodations and appropriate sufficient funds to all City Commissions and Boards that are reasonably necessary for the particular Commission or Board to carry out its duties and functions, including, but not limited to office supplies and copying services. Such accommodations shall include, at a minimum, a ready to be used meeting room in a municipal building that can be used on a regular schedule with adequate seating, tables, and Wi-Fi and internet access.
