193.02 EXEMPTIONS.
   The following motor vehicles shall be exempt from this license tax:
   (a)   Any motor vehicle titled in the name of the State or any of its political subdivisions.
   (b)   Any motor vehicle titled in the name of a Board of Education and the United States of America or Ohio Wing Civil Air Patrol.
   (c)   Any motor vehicle titled in the name of a volunteer rescue service, as defined in Ohio R.C. 4503.172, certified by the Ohio Department of Health and used solely in the transaction of the business of the rescue service.
   (d)   A motor vehicle registered in the name of a disabled veteran who qualified for such exemption pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4503.41.
   (e)   A personal motor vehicle registered in the name of the person being awarded the congressional medal of honor who qualifies for such exemption pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4503.43.
   (f)   On passenger car registered in the name of a "prisoner of war" as defined in Ohio R.C. 4503.46 and who qualified for such exemption pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4503.46
   (g)   Any other motor vehicle now or hereafter specifically exempted from this annual license tax by the Ohio Revised Code.
   When the Post Office Department has the exclusive right and supervision of the use of a motor vehicle for a period of one year, under contract by a United State Civil Service Employee, United States Government shall be considered the owner of such vehicle and entitled to exemption from this tax.
