The hearing shall be conducted according to the following procedure:
(a) Hearing called to order.
(b) Roll call.
(c) Announcement of the Appeal(s) to be heard.
(d) Presentation by aggrieved party(ies).
(e) Clarification questions by the Board.
(f) Dismissal of the public.
(g) Utility Appeals Billing Review Board reviews the basis for original administrative decision.
(h) Any discussion, decision, etc. as necessary.
(i) Adjournment of Hearing.
