The Park and Recreation Commission duties are to review and evaluate the policies, development, maintenance, conditions and operations of the City’s parks, playgrounds, Community Center and/or other recreational facilities and programs and then forwards its recommendations on how to best meet the community’s recreational needs to Council for its consideration.
