(a) On or after the effective date of this section, the fine for committing a parking infraction, unless another fine is established by subsections (b) or (c) of this section, shall be twenty dollars ($20.00).
(b) Failure to pay the fine within three (3) days of the infraction as described in (a) above, the fine increases to thirty dollars ($30.00).
(c) If not paid within ten (10) days of service of the parking ticket pursuant to Section 352.04 the fine for any parking infraction shall be increased by fifteen dollars ($15.00).
(d) Further civil sanctions permitted under the Ohio Revised Code may be imposed by the Court for failure to pay any fine within thirty (30) days. Such person in guilty of a minor misdemeanor upon their third offense of this subsection within ninety (90) days.
