143.09 RESPONSE TO CALLS OUTSIDE THE CITY.

The Fire Chief or his designee is hereby authorized to by verbal order or subject to written regulations, provide for the response of the Fire Department of the City to emergency fire calls outside the City, even though such response shall be into areas not covered by mutual aid fire protection contracts.
