143.04 VOLUNTEER MEMBERS.

The Chief of the Fire Department and all regular volunteer members shall be appointed by the City Manager with the advice and consent of Council and shall continue in their respective offices unless removed therefrom for good cause by the City Manager with the advice and consent of Council.
