141.05 SIGNS FOR SPECIAL EVENTS.

(a) The Police Department shall place black and white paper "No Parking" signs on utility poles within the City during special events such as parades, ceremonies, etc.

(b) All signs will be placed on the utility poles only during the event taking place within the City and will be taken down immediately following such event.
