141.02 COMPOSITION.

(a) The Police Department shall be composed of the Chief of Police, as many lieutenants, sergeants, officers, part-time dispatchers as the City Manager and Council deem necessary to appoint from time to time.

(b) The Police Department shall also be composed of reserve officers, auxiliary officers and adult crossing guards as the Chief of Police deems necessary to appoint from time to time.
