1533.99 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for all subsequent offenses. Each day of operation of an Outdoor Wood Furnace in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate and distinct offense. (Ord. 2010-20. Passed 6-7-10.)
