109.02 LAND REUTILIZATION PROGRAM.

(a) The procedures set forth in Ohio R.C. 5722.02 are herewith adopted to facilitate the reutilization of certain nonproductive land located within the City limits.

(b) There is certain unproductive land located within the boundaries of the City such as to necessitate the implementation of a land reutilization program.
