957.06 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The City of Newton Falls shall administer, implement, and enforce the provisions of this regulation. The City of Newton Falls may contract with the Trumbull County Board of Health to conduct inspections and monitoring and to assist with enforcement actions.
