(a) The official flag of the City shall consist of the following materials:
(1) Three hundred denier banner rayon of rich navy blue, and 52 inches wide.
(2) Three hundred denier embroidery yard, two ply twist rayon and guaranteed fast color to sunlight, dry cleaning and laundering.
(3) A two-inch, flag gold, rayon bullion fringe around three sides of its perimeter.
(b) The official flag shall be 52 inches wide (holst) and 62 inches long (fly).
(c) The flag shall be manufactured as follows:
(1) Double thickness (two single flags sewed back to back) so that the lettering and City Seal may be read from either side.
(2) Finished with open pole heading which is lined and equipped with a leather tab for attachment to a pole.
(3) The lettering and City Seal design are "BONAZ" embroidered.
(4) The flag is constructed primarily for indoor display or temporary parade use.
