1521.13 COMPLIANCE.

Any person, firm, or corporation using, storing or transporting explosives within the City, shall comply with all applicable provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, and all regulations of the Industrial Commission of Ohio applicable thereto, which provisions are made a part of this chapter.
