1339.99 PENALTY.

Anyone in violation of this chapter shall be denied a zoning permit, shall be enjoined by the Nuisance Inspector from further construction, and shall face a fine up to one hundred dollars ($100.00) per day, and the violation shall be deemed a separate offense for each day it exists.
