(a) This chapter further encompasses all other provisions of the Ohio Revised Code, whereby the City is granted general and specific powers and provisions regarding condemnation of property.
(b) This chapter does not alter or eliminate the owner or owners of the real estate entering into an agreement with the City, through the City Manager and Nuisance Inspector to perform the removal or repair of the insecure, unsafe, or structurally defective buildings.
